You probably hate this, but from first test drive to signing the papers and picking my car up I took 2 weeks. Between my odd work hours dealing with insurance & banks. I drove in salesman insane whether I buy it or not.

sounds about average - we’ve got some contracts held in funding for a couple dealerships. Dealer is unable to contact the customer to resign some docs. They were sketchy deals to start with, not even on the books and they’re going to be collection issues

What realistically can the manager even do if the people end up walking? It’s not like they’ll magically be able to afford it and I doubt the manager can reduce the price THAT much to make a difference.

That’s my opinion on it as well.

I had all the info, the guy wanted something bigger for his kids but also a BMW vert for 20k. We have one and only one that was close to his price but still above. My manager couldnt save that deal
